Surya Namaskar - A Morning of Sitar and Tabla
30 May, Saturday · 8-9am · Wellness Grove
As the first light touches the Garden, the festival opens in stillness: with the sounds of sitar and tabla.
Rooted in the Indian tradition of honouring the rising sun, this morning offering draws from ragas such as Bhairagi Bhairav, Mian-ki-Todi, Lalit, and Ahir Bhairav - moving through the energy of the seven chakras, from grounding to awakening.
Through meditative improvisation and rhythmic dialogue, the music unfolds with the day itself. Surrounded by birdsong, breeze, and morning light, the boundary between nature and sound softens.
More than a concert, this is a way of arriving - gently, with intention, and open to the day.
AkarLangit: Earth & Sky
30 May, Saturday · 7:30-8pm · Wellness Grove
A contemporary eco-dance that moves from root to sky, tracing the rhythms of the forest. Through flowing gestures and mindful presence, it invites healing, renewal, and a deep connection with nature.
AkarLangit awakens a deep connection between humans and nature, inviting both dancer and audience to breathe, release, and rejuvenate. Each gesture becomes a ritual of healing—honoring the earth’s cycles and the quiet strength that flows from ground to canopy. Here, movement is both meditation and celebration, a poetic dialogue between life, memory, and renewal.
Somnus II: Drift
30 May, Saturday · 8-9pm · Wellness Grove
Somnus II: Drift is an audio-visual performance by electronic music producer euseng seto (flica) and artist Foong (bubu).
Emerging from late-night introspection, the work unfolds as a subtle interplay of light and sound: shaped by minimal electronica, experimental textures, and cinematic ambience.
The experience moves like the breath: drifting between stillness and motion, tension and release. Guided by nature, light becomes tactile, sound becomes spatial, and the audience is drawn into the same quiet current.
This is a shared space for reflection, where perceptions soften and time suspends.
Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic Dance
31 May, Sunday · 7-11pm · Red Grove Deck
We conclude the weekend by returning to the body. The session begins with a grounding cacao ceremony: an invitation to arrive, open, and settle in. From there, the space shifts into an ecstatic dance led by DJ NiJi.
Known for her vibrant, cross-cultural sets, NiJi moves effortlessly from dub to trance, from tribal to dance: blending rhythms, places, and energies into one collective flow. Her music is a tribute to freedom, playfulness, and the simple joy of being in your body.
No choreography, no expectations. Just an open floor to move, release, connect, and follow what feels good.
Moving from stillness into rhythm, this is a moment to let go and celebrate all that has unfolded.

Making art using oil, acrylic and wood allows Frank to reflect, explore, and share his experiences and emotions. Inspired by the November cascade of falling leaves in Kyoto, he created artworks filled with vibrant colour and quiet, contemplative landscapes. In Thailand, the sight of concrete hotels encroaching on the coastline led him to blur the boundaries between swirling waves and man-made structures. His work explores the fragile balance between human intervention and the natural world.Based in London, Frank draws on a life shaped by travel and cultural exchange. Having grown up between Guyana and England, and worked in social development across Africa and South and Southeast Asia—from Afghanistan to Japan—his practice is deeply informed by diverse environments and perspectives. Xin Tong walks the path of a medicine woman, crafting remedies and healing through touch. Her journey began in Australia, where she studied ethnobotany and lived with Aboriginal tribes, deepening her bond with Mother Earth. Returning to her ancestral land in Kedah, she nurtured the soil, cultivating organic herbs and food with care. Her massage practice is rooted in the ancient wisdom of Thai and Chinese traditions, where touch and herbal medicine intertwine. She infuses each treatment with her handmade virgin coconut oil, herbal balms and warm poultices, allowing the body to soften, release and restore. Through Sama Sama Wellness, she holds space for deep healing, bridging tradition and modern wellbeing. With each touch, each breath of herbal essence, she invites others to reconnect with their bodies, the land and the timeless rhythms of nature.

Rasa in Malay means both feeling and taste. It can describe physical sensation, flavor, inner emotion, or the act of expressing thought. At its deepest, rasa is a way of sensing connection, even spiritual awareness, through touch and feeling. Discover how simple touch can restore balance and vitality. In this workshop, Syadzwan will guide you through simple self‑massage techniques, using natural coconut oil to enhance relaxation and energy flow. He has practiced massage since childhood. Over time, he discovered where touch is most needed. You will learn how to release tension in your body. Self‑massage is more than relief, it improves circulation, reduces anxiety, boosts energy, and nurtures awareness of your own body. With mindful touch, you will experience how muscles soften, knots dissolve, and calm returns, leaving you lighter and more centered. This practice is designed for everyone to care for yourself. -
