What is Spice Fam?

Spice Fam is an immersive subscription-based membership program that brings members closer to nature within the enchanting Tropical Spice Garden, offering unlimited entry to the garden, monthly curated activities and events, exclusive campsite access, discounts and other wholesome goodness in the great outdoors.

How does the payment scheme work?

Our system will automatically deduct a monthly fee based on your selected Pass: Individual (RM25) or Group (RM80). This auto-deduction will continue until you choose to terminate your subscription, which you can do by yourself by logging in on the Spice Fam website. There is no cancellation fee.

How will I receive latest updates?

Members will automatically be added onto our mailing list and we'll send updates via email and social media - please follow along on Facebook and Instagram!

Is there a pass for bigger groups?

Yes we do. Our Big Group Pass is for groups as small as 20px and as large as 50px, making it perfect for schools, businesses, communities, organisations etc. If you’d like to further customise the benefits to suit your needs, do write to us at hi@tsgspicefam.com

How do I cancel my membership?

Login via tsgspicefam.com using the email address you subscribed with. Select "Subscriptions" in the menu to cancel - though we really hope you won't!

Is the membership transferable?

No, your membership is not transferable. You can however purchase a pass for someone else. There is a column for “Member’s Name” on the checkout form.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, subscriptions are payable via debit cards too, but do ensure you have sufficient balance when the renewal date comes along. The monthly auto-deduction will take place on the same date of every month.

Can I share membership benefits with others?

Yes you can, but only with the Group Pass. This pass allows you to share benefits with 3 more people, but note that you need to be present for your guests to enter the Garden. If you’re signing up as a family, do include mum and dad’s names as the pass holders.

Will the system save my card details?

To facilitate the monthly deduction, your card details will be saved by our payment processing company, Stripe - a trusted global brand that also serves companies like Grab, Zoom, and Shopify. Your card details are encrypted by the system and even we do not have access to those details.

Can I purchase a longer-term pass?

Our 6-month Pass (available for both Individual and Group) is the longest-term pass we currently have available. Members will be able to enjoy even more savings when they purchase this pass, with the same benefits.
