Yoga In Nature

Our yoga 'studio' is really like no other in Penang: set on the elevated Red Grove Deck amongst the calming green backdrop of a lush tropical rainforest, overlooking the waters of the Straits of Malacca, and accompanied by the soothing sounds of nature.

Chin from Yoga Heart is a highly experienced yoga instructor who started her journey as a teacher in 2017 following completion of her Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) in 2016. She believes that consistency of practice is important to cultivate a deep connection with the body and mind in daily life. You can always feel the supportive energy from her during the sessions.

All are welcome at any level to join. Let’s bring the mind and body together, meet your self on the mat! Let the stillness, the breath, your presence be the goal during the practice.

Important:
1. These sessions are open to all, beginners are very welcome.
2. To enjoy the session for free, you will need to first be subscribed as a Spice Fam member. Individual and Group Passes are available. Please click here to view passes.
3. Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before class. Kindly bring along your own yoga mat, water and towel (if needed).
4. An oil-based citronella mosquito repellant will be provided.
5. In the event of rain, we will move into a shaded space but do note that the experience will be slightly different.
6. To enjoy your drinks discount at the garden cafe, kindly show your email confirmation for the class.
