Here's a little note and items to bring checklist for you to help ensure that the sound session runs smooth, enjoyable and memorably:
1. Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before the session (there will be a short uphill walk from the main entrance to the Pavilion).
2. Comfortable Attire: Please wear loose, non-restrictive clothing that will allow you to lie down comfortably for the duration of the session.
3. Yoga mat or big towel so that you can lie down on the floor comfortably.
4. Small pillow / towel to support your head while laying down.
5. A thin blanket / big scraft to keep your body warm during the session.
6. An eye mask to cover your eyes.
7. For those who has back pain, can bring extra towel/pillow to support your back when lying down.
