The Garden presents Nature Lab, in partnership with Audrey Kholti from Eclore. Nature Lab seeks to carve out a wellness journey through the foundations of real food, nutrition, and a deep dive into the wonderful therapeutic world of essential oils and breath here in our natural green lung.

Every month, this series focuses on one area of wellness or lifestyle habits. Each of these sessions take a deep and personal look into areas across food & nutrition, breath & movement and essential oil home therapy. More in-depth class descriptions are below.

Essential Oils & Nutrition Workshop
Audrey will begin the session with an introduction to what an essential oil and its therapeutic benefits to our lives. What is the difference between an essential oil and a perfume oil? What exactly is an essential oil and where does it come from? Are essential oils more than just a good aroma? In this session, she will introduce the essential oils used to help reduce stress and anxiety and then proceed to a hands-on blending. Participants get to bring home a 10ml blend to diffuse or topically apply. In the following segment, Audrey will also introduce a fun, sugar-free nutritious snack for busy mums and people who lead hi function lives and need a quick, healthy granola snack loaded with oats and nuts.

Eat well, live well. Spend time with Audrey at the Garden’s Cooking School as she leads hands-on cooking classes with healthy, wholesome and simple menus that will be sure to tickle your taste buds and get you excited to make at home for yourself and loved ones!
