Essential Oils & Nutrition Workshop
Audrey will begin the session with an introduction to what an essential oil and its therapeutic benefits to our lives. What is the difference between an essential oil and a perfume oil? What exactly is an essential oil and where does it come from? Are essential oils more than just a good aroma? In this session, she will introduce the essential oils used to help reduce stress and anxiety and then proceed to a hands-on blending. Participants get to bring home a 10ml blend to diffuse or topically apply. In the following segment, Audrey will also introduce a fun, sugar-free nutritious snack for busy mums and people who lead hi function lives and need a quick, healthy granola snack loaded with oats and nuts.
