Accompanied by sounds of nature and the calming green backdrop of a lush tropical rainforest, experience how these practices can naturally energise and support you, especially through these challenging times. In every class, we begin with an intention towards the practice and mindful breathing before moving on to simple and functional movements to build strength, mobility and balance to support daily movements in our lives. The class ends with relaxation: tuning in to the sounds of nature around us and a seated mindfulness meditation.

Our yoga 'studio' is really like no other in Penang: set on the elevated Red Grove Deck amongst the red bark trees, overlooking the Andaman Sea. Gwen from Muddy Lotus is a highly experienced functional yoga instructor having having led and attended trainings in HK, China and Malaysia. We invite you to join us, from wherever you are in the world!
