Event Flow/Itinerary
Once you have registered with the front desk, give your self 10 minutes to walk up through the lush Tropical Spice Garden to the pavilion where we’ll begin our transformative journey with the power of breath-work, helping you deeply connect with yourself and the natural world around you.
We Set your SANKALPA - Unlike setting external goals, Sankalpa is about connecting with your inner purpose. It’s a promise to yourself that reflects your true desires. By focusing on positive, present-tense affirmations, Sankalpa helps you stay focused and create meaningful changes in your life.
This grounding practice flows into an invigorating Asana session (movement), designed to warm your body and prepare you for the Ice Bath experience.
The Ice Bath will inspire you to overcome fear and unlock your full potential, leaving you empowered and revitalised. Afterward, indulge in delicious treats and sip on specially brewed chai to refuel and warm up for our sunset fire EXPERIENCE.
Next, we’ll head down to the beach for an introduction to circus skills and flow arts, including poi, hoops, fans, and more. Prepare to be mesmerized by an immersive fire performance, followed by a hands-on fire-handling session. Embrace the thrill of working with fire as we guide you through a unique and unforgettable experience.
Step into the world of the circus and ignite your inner flame by offering your Sankalpa to the Agni (fire), releasing it to the universe to create success and transformation that will flow into every area of your life.
