Shibari: The Art of Self-Tying

MYR 0.00

Shibari as a Mindfulness Practice & Holistic Nervous System Reprogramming. This new holistic modality blends breath-work, sensory activation, and intentional movement to support nervous system reprogramming.

By engaging in the meditative rhythm of tying, we create a safe, grounding experience that helps regulate emotions, release stored tension, and cultivate deeper self-trust. Whether practiced solo or with a partner, Shibari becomes a pathway to embodiment, self-expression, and deep relaxation. We’ll explore the rope as more than just an art—and more as a transformative mindfulness tool.

Rooted in deep presence, self-awareness, and embodied connection, our approach to Shibari and self-tying invites individuals to slow down, tune into their breath, and surrender into the moment.

31 May, Saturday
