The Living Yoga Method is suitable for all individuals in good health. When practiced correctly, it promotes a robust and joyful life. Since breathing techniques and exposure to cold can impact bodily physiology significantly, they may have profound effects, particularly for individuals in poor health or with specific illnesses. Therefore, if you are managing a severe medical or psychological condition, it is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any LYM techniques.
It is not advisable to practice the LYM if you are dealing with any of the following conditions:
Coronary heart disease (e.g., Angina Pectoris; Stable Angina)
Cold urticaria
Epilepsy
Kidney failure
Raynaud’s Syndrome (Type II)
High blood pressure (especially if under prescription medication)
A history of serious health issues such as heart failure or stroke
Shortly after an operation
