1. Comfortable Attire: Please wear loose, non-restrictive clothing that will allow you to lie down comfortably for the duration of the session.
2. Yoga mat or big towel so that you can lie down on the floor comfortably.
3. Small pillow / towel to support your head while laying down.
4. A thin blanket / big scarf to keep your body warm during the session.
5. An eye mask to cover your eyes.
6. For those with back pain, bring an extra towel/pillow for support when lying down.
