Explore and experience the basics of Yoga and Mindfulness from the comfort of your home. Led by Gwen of Muddy Lotus Wellness, who will be streaming LIVE from the Tropical Spice Garden, there will be a brief description and practice of mindful movement before ending with a guided mindfulness practice. There will also be a short introduction on mindfulness, meditation, and their differences.

- anatomy-based, functional yoga suitable for all levels including beginners

- meditation techniques to steady the mind and improve focus
- a physical, mindful yoga practice to strengthen the body and improve flexibility, circulation, and body awareness
