Kids Wellness in Nature

Kids Movement & Play

Kids Movement & Play
from MYR 0.00

Spending time in nature is essential for the overall well-being of children. Alongside therapist Audrey Eclore and kids movement specialist Luca, we believe that spending time in nature can support children's physical, mental, and social development, and promote a love for the natural world. Mindfulness-based activities can also teach the young to be more focused and relaxed using their senses and breath - promoting happiness at the same time!

So here’s a fun-packed, wellness day out in nature for your kids! All the activities will be set outdoors in the lush Garden and under the shade. Suitable for ages 4-10 years. Kids aged 4-6 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Activities include:
· mindfulness and yoga-inspired fun games
· craft session (new one every month)
· playtime and exploration of the Garden

Snacks are included!
