In this session, indulge in a unique healing process here at the Garden with the combination of Crystals, Sound, Tea, Fire & Smoke; as we help you unearth hidden emotions while guiding you on a simple, meaningful and powerful journey back to you.
The aim of this session is to help release old emotional tension, stress & pain within the body through deep healing, while providing clarity about your week ahead.

Important notes:
1. Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in, late arrivals may disrupt the energy flow.
2. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing – you’ll be seated or lying down during the session.
3. Avoid heavy meals at least 1 hour before.
