Resonant Flow: Yoga & Sound Bath
As the year draws to a close, take a moment in gratitude, to reflect and calibrate your frequency by immersing yourself in an experience that will rejuvenate both body and mind. This two hour session will take place in our beautiful Glasshouse, surrounded in the lush greenery of the Garden. It will begin with mindful movement led by our resident yoga instructor Chin, followed by the healing vibrations of singing bowls by Han How of Yun Singing Bowls.
We’ll walk with you through this combination of practices and help you create the space within yourself to harmonise the body and mind in this safe, tranquil sanctuary.
This session will be limited to only 15 participants to ensure a comfortable and intimate setting for all.
