With so many of us living frantic, busy lives, our health and wellness practices seem to have taken a backseat in our priority list. This day out in nature is meant for you to “switch off” from your devices and daily grind, to slow down and experience the transformational benefits of a wellness retreat catered to reset your nervous system, nourish your physical being and rejuvenate the state of your mind.

10.00-11.00am — Introduction to Wellness in Nature
11.00-11.30am — Guided mindfulness practice
11.30-12.30pm — Keeping Your Body in Balance with Nutrition & Essential Oils with Audrey, Eclore
12.30-1.00pm — Lightly guided meditation with silence
1.00-1.15pm — Q&A
1.15-2.15pm — Lunch break (with Mindful Eating instructions)
2.15 -2.45pm — Mindful Walk instructions & practice
2.45-3.15pm — Calming Breath-work with Audrey
3.15-4.15pm — Science and Sound Healing of Singing Bowls with Han How
4.15-4.30pm — Closing & Q&A

1. Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.
2. Dress comfortably, bring along a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
