1. For everyone’s comfort and peace of mind, the number of tickets will be limited and have to be purchased online, before the event date. Tickets will not be sold at the door.
2. For the inclusive drink: Guests can choose between a non-alcholic drink or an alcoholic drink. These are prepared & sold by two different vendors.
3. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Let’s support our community! We will make exceptions if you have dietary restrictions and would like to pack your own meal.
4. The event begins at 4pm but you are welcome to come later in the evening too.
5. You are welcome to bring your own picnic chairs, mats and cushions etc.
