Why Self-Care is more important than ever Join us on this experiential workshop to understand how our bodies react to stress and how stress lowers the body’s immune response.
Led by Gwen of Muddy Lotus Wellness, a mindful movement with breath-work to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system and a presentation what is stress and tips on how to support your well-being to optimise the immune function. There is also an opportunity to experience Tibetan Singing Bowl with Han How after a quick presentation on the science behind sound therapy. A plant based, nutrient packed breakfast will be served after the movement session.
