Functional Movement & Mindful Breath (Virtual)

In this hour long class, we will start with mindful breathing and simple but functional movements before settling into a seated mindfulness meditation. Streaming live with sounds of nature and the green backdrop of the lush tropical rainforest, experience how these practices can naturally energise and support you through this challenging times.

Our yoga 'studio' is really like no other in Penang: set on the elevated Red Grove Deck amongst the red bark trees. Gwen from Muddy Lotus is a highly experienced functional yoga instructor having having led and attended trainings in HK, China and Malaysia. We invite you to join us, from wherever you are in the world!
