Help us rebuild
the Giant Swing

Dated: 2nd April, 2023

On the night of 27th March 2023, the garden was hit by a very localised ferocious storm with extremely high winds.

The storm caused the collapse of a treasured fig tree: the very one which held our beloved Giant Swing up in place. The tree fell into the Heart of the Garden area, also causing considerable damage.

Our staff and volunteers have been working tirelessly to clear debris and pathways. However the Swing has sadly gone - until we can find a way to restore it. We’re all deeply saddened and we apologise for the missing feature.

Unforeseen circumstances on this scale are never budgeted for, so we are starting a collection to help rebuild the swing. All donations are welcome.

We are also open to any collaborations or ideas you might have to help us rebuild. If so, you can drop us a message via IG/FB, write to us at hi@tsgspicefam.com or contact 019 420 3797.
